Private prompts and videos

Saved prompts, script drafts, and generated-video records are private to the account that created them. GlintGoblin keeps those app records available for 30 days from the applicable saved prompt or video-generation timestamp. For a video that successfully becomes available, the 30-day period starts when the video is completed. Failed or prompt-only records use the request timestamp.

You can delete a saved concept or generated video sooner from its library. Early deletion removes the app record and, when configured, asks the Polsia storage service to remove the app-owned output object. Expired records are physically purged by the daily cleanup job, while API access stops at the expiry time even if cleanup has not run.

Separate retained records

Account records, payment and billing records, access balances, and Terms of Use acceptance records are separate from prompts and videos. They may be retained as needed for account operation, payment processing, fraud prevention, tax, disputes, security, and legal or Terms compliance. Deleting a prompt or video does not delete those records or your account.

Provider and backup limits

GlintGoblin does not claim to delete copies held by Runway or another generation provider, or copies in provider or platform backups. The current provider contract and backup schedules do not establish a verified deletion path or timeline for those copies, so they may persist after the GlintGoblin record is deleted or expires. We will update this notice if a verified provider deletion contract becomes available.
